With much success and seeing her business grow while maintaining stylists, she created salon systems that worked for her salon and became one of the Top Salons in Atlanta. Her proven systems have help stylists all over the world grow their business, save their business and re-vamp their entire salon structure to see a profit. In 2014, she started ACHIEVE Coaching Systems, a coaching program to help beauty professionals ACHIEVE their success behind the chair. Her testimonies are constantly growing as she helps salon owners turn their business around right in the middle of making a decision to CLOSE.
