Do I need to bring anything?

Just a notebook, a pen. We’ll be doing some reflection exercises and you might want to take notes or journal privately throughout.

What’s the vibe of the evening? Will I have to share?

It’s a relaxed, safe space. You’ll never be forced to speak if you don’t want to. There’ll be optional sharing, but this is your space to get what you need from it.

I’m nervous to come alone - is that okay?

Absolutely fine, if not recommended. This is a really welcoming space, and you might even connect with someone who feels the exact same way you do.

What kind of things will we be doing?

Expect a mix of guided journaling, mindset shifts, future self work, gentle conversation, and a few exercises to help you rewrite your self-image and reconnect to who you really are.
