The Power of Mindful Eating

Stop Mindless Eating and Learn How to Nourish Your Body and Soul


Food represents more than a collection of nutrients on a plate.

Did you know that something amazing happens when you pay attention to how you eat? Mindfulness and mindful eating, puts you back in control and enables you to live a life with purpose.

Laura will share with you tips and ticks on how to connect to the wisdom of your body and cultivate awareness of your patterns, habits, and emotions.

In this seminar you will learn:

- what mindfulness is;

- simple principles of mindful eating,so you can break unhealthy eating habits and start to enjoy food again;

- nurture a connection to where your food has really come from (not from your supermarket!);

- the slow food principle; and

- mindful exercises & a meditation to try.


PLUS, you'll receive some mindful eating recipes.

Mindful eating helps you to fall in love with real food, which nourishes you health and well-being. When it comes to mindful eating, you'll take the time to slow down and enjoy every bite.
