You’ve got an excellent product, now you need to find some investors. In this online workshop, you’ll learn how you can get your foot in the door with potential investors, prepare your pitch, and deliver a stellar presentation.
Part 1: How to Get the First Meeting
Sometimes the biggest hurdle to selling your new product is simply knowing who to sell it to and how to find them. This session will focus the strategy, tactics, and methods that will help you get that crucial first meeting. From creating a target list and sourcing accurate contact information, to introducing your product in a way that makes you truly stand out, you’ll find the elusive balance between persistence and annoyance. Implement these surprisingly simple tools and guidelines, and you’re sure to find potential clients’ doors open wider than ever.
Part 2: Making a Great Presentation
How do you craft a compelling presentation quickly and effectively? Whether you want to present yourself, your project, or just want to tell a compelling story, this session will be packed with tips designed to help you create compelling and powerful presentations in less time.
Part 3: Nailing the Pitch
You’ve spent months polishing the details on your product, now it’s time to let investors know why they should invest in you. This session will teach you to put your best foot forward. As with any great presentation, you must know your audience before you begin. Not every VC firm is the same and they don’t all agree on what is the best looking pitch in the room. How do you differentiate? How do you gain traction? You’ll build an impactful pitch deck and find out how to make yourself shine.
