That's right folks, we're headed into the path of totality for primo solar eclipse viewing and apple picking opportunities. We have been invited back to our friend's orchard in Brasstown, NC--right smack dab in the middle of the path of totality and ideally situated on the top of a ridge! We'll start picking around 10 am and wrap up just before the eclipse so we can experience the sun's shadow and visibility of many other planets and stars in the middle of the day!
This will be a long pick, so please bring plenty of water, snack and a sack lunch as well as sunscreen and bugspray.
