This workshop is based on the methodology of Brené Brown and covers the topics of shame and shame resilience.

It aims to help uncover how shame impacts our desire for authentic and meaningful connection and how we can make new choices that see us move toward a place of worthiness and wholeheartedness

  • Begin to understand the defensive strategies used to protect ourselves from shame
  • Identify the difference between shame, perfectionism, healthy striving, numbing and comforting
  • Understand the strategies of disconnection where shame is concerned
  • Practical tips for shame resilience
  • Identify the guidepost to wholehearted living

This workshop can be a stand alone learning experience although it is recommended you attend it alongside The Art of Vulnerability workshop. This will see you gain a wider breath of knowledge on vulnerability, authenticity, shame and resilient living.
