Mr. Kara-Murza holds an MA in history from the University of Cambridge.

Education and entertainment meet when the Council hosts smaller, more intimate gatherings that provide timely presentations and spirited dialogue as well as opportunities to explore international issues in new, creative ways. Private receptions are hosted throughout the season, and about town, providing opportunities to “dig deeper” into international issues of the day with the Council’s acclaimed speakers.
