Description
An introductory programming course taught using pen and paper only
Our method allows you to learn the core, fundamental concepts of programming during a lecture / exercise series consisting of 4 weekly sessions, without any of the distractions that may initially come when using a computer.
The class size will be kept small at between 4 to 8 students, and each class will consist of theory as well as plenty of guided exercises. The student can expect to gain a solid understanding of programming fundamentals upon completion of this course.
The course will serve as an excellent foundation as students seek to take their next steps in programming in fields such as app building, rich web applications, solving scientific programming problems, etc.
The instructor has over 15 years of programming experience and has programmed in over a dozen languages.
The class will be both immersive and fun as students will be introduced to a whole new paradigm of thinking.
