In the Peaceful Sleep Series, we'll discuss the latest discoveries in sleep science and talk about good sleep habits. You’ll learn how to downshift your nervous system to prepare for peaceful sleep and what to do with the mind that won’t turn off in the middle of the night!
In this series we will talk about:
- Re-wiring your nervous system for relaxation
- How to practice mind-quieting techniques
- Problem-solving for your particular situation
Take advantage of repetition through these 4 sessions to build better habits and move the baseline of your nervous system to a regular state of peace.

Michelle Stortz, C-IAYT, ERYT500, MFA, is a certified yoga therapist specializing in yoga for cancer and chronic illness. She works in numerous medical settings in the Philadelphia area.
