Sure, you’ve tried everything else – what’s different about The Peaceful Sleep Workshop?

In the Peaceful Sleep Series, we'll discuss the latest discoveries in sleep science and talk about good sleep habits. You’ll learn how to downshift your nervous system to prepare for peaceful sleep and what to do with the mind that won’t turn off in the middle of the night!

In this series we will talk about:

  • Re-wiring your nervous system for relaxation
