This is a skills-based workshop that trains participants in a process for creating sustainable change.
This workshop will provide participants with:
- An in-depth understanding of the Path to Sustainable Change
- Skills to achieve sustainable behavior change in energy efficiency within organizations
- Knowledge of how to start a movement
This training focuses on how to use the Path to Sustainable Change and connect the few and the many. There are four steps in creating sustainable change. This training explains these steps, provides examples of each, and lets participants practice creating sustainable behavior change for energy efficiency that can be translated into their organizations.
