The Path to Civil Rights: The Struggles of Women and African Americans

Sponsored by the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and Augusta County Historical Society

Join us on a bus trip from Staunton, Virginia to our Nation's Capital for a historic day where we discover some of the exhibits in Washington, D.C. related to the struggles Women and African Americans have faced in history.

When: September 23, 2019

6:15 AM Departure from Staunton to Washington D.C., 8:30 PM Arrival back in Staunton

Where: United States Archives exhibit entitled “Rightfully Hers: American Women and the Vote” AND National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C.

Cost: $85.00 for members of either organization

$95.00 for non-members

First come. First serve. Seating is limited to 45. Seating and ticket are guaranteed ONLY with payment.
