Inspired in a classic Roman/Jewish neighborhood dish with an Italian twist.

Second Course
Italian White Fish (Bachalau) Raviolo
A large single Raviolo stuffed with Bachalau, Ricotta Cheese, Asparagus and Italian Spices. Served over an Asparagus-Basil Pesto with a Seaweed Foam and Parmesan Crisps.
