Can I still attend a masterclass if I do not have a ticket?

Yes, if you have a general admission ticket, you are able to listen to the masterclass, but a seat is not guaranteed. Booking a ticket with access to a masterclass ensures you will have a seat.

If I have a masterclass ticket, can I still explore the pop-up?

Yes, you are free to experience the pop-up pre or post the masterclass as the masterclass ticket also grants general admission.

How do I book a facial?

The facials are available alongside a general admission ticket. They are free to reserve and payment will be taken once you arrive.

Are walk-ins allowed into the facial?

Walk-ins may be available on the day if there happens to be anyone who did not show up for their booking, but we strongly suggest you book in to secure a slot.

Can I attend the pop-up without a ticket?

Walk-ins will be available during the event but entrance is not guaranteed and depends on how busy the pop-up becomes. To guarantee entrance into the pop-up we strongly suggest you book an admission slot.

Do you pay for the facials?

Facials are complimentary and therefore limited to one facial per person for the whole pop-up.

Can I attend more than one Masterclass?

Due to wanting to allow as many people a chance to attend a masterclass we are limiting the masterclasses to one person for the whole pop-up.
