Using only the freshest local & seasonal ingredients, Jones is redefining the concept of luxury food to embrace high vibrational, living dishes that nourish the body and elevate the mood.

The inaugural evening of Electric Gourmet will feature exclusively vegan dishes inspired by New American, Latin, and Asian cuisines.
