Greetings All, Thank you for Registering for our First Official Reunion for ALL Earle C Clements Alumni including Choir Members too.
This Registration is your First step in confirming your attendance and helping us Choose the Right pick up locations for a Reunion Transportation via Charter coach buses to our Reunion that will take place: MAY 25TH-28TH, 2017
Reunion Location- Evansville, IN / Henderson, KY and Morganfield,
Prices have been confirmed and we are READY TO ACCEPT DEPOSITS for our Reunion starting Today October 26th, 2016!
ITINERARY- we will send out Itineraries before January 2017 and a confirmed Itinerary before we depart next year for the Reunion.

Bus 1 - Departing Charlotte, NC with pick ups in Columbia, South Carolina and Atlanta, GA)
Quad(4 to a Room) Occupancy-$356.00 Per Person
Triple(3 to a Room) Occupancy- $386.00 Per Person
Double(2 to a Room) Occupancy- $450.00 Per Person
Single Occupancy- $628.00 Per Person
Bus 2- Departing from Miami with pick ups in St.Petersburg, Orlando and Gainsville, FL
Quad Occupancy- $416.00 Per Person
Triple Occupancy- $450.00 Per Person
Double Occupancy- $510.00 Per Person
Single Occupancy- $688.00 Per Person
Bus 3- Departing from Chicago with pick up in Louisville, KY
Quad Occupancy- $315.00 Per Person
Triple Occupancy-$345.00 Per Person
Double Occupancy- $405.00 Per Person
We have a payment plan set for everyone so ALL can attend starting with The first deposit is $25.00 Per Person due Now till November 20th, 2016
Payment plan are as follows- (Each payment will go towards your Balance)
November 2016- $25.00 per person
December 2016- $75.00 and up payment
January 2017- $75.00 and up payment
February 2017- $75.00 and up payment
March 2017- $75.00 and up payment
April 2017- $75.00 and up payment
ALL BALANCES MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF BY MAY 1ST
