Entertainment for the Braindead
Entertainment for the Braindead is the solo project of Berlin based singer and multi-instrumentalist Julia Kotowski. Despite the brutal name, she dedicates herself to creating mostly very quiet sounds, weaving the noises of small instruments, field recordings and delicate vocal arrangements into introvert folk songs. On stage she weaves soft synths into layered guitar loops and velveteen choirs of her own voice, and knows the magic spells to make a noisy room go quiet.

Gil Hockman
Gil Hockman is a musician and songwriter from Johannesburg, South Africa. Performing with a guitar, synthesiser and loop-station Gil weaves a minimalist sound reminiscent of Beck, the Eels or Grandaddy. His songs move without falling into pathos while his skilled arrangements are a fascinating mix of folk, blues, indietronica.

Gil's latest album - Becoming - is released in November 2017. His previous releases include Dolorous (2014), All The Things (2013) and Too Early In The Journey (2011).

Gil has also composed two film scores, Fatherland (2013) and Timelines (2016), and his songs won the Best Soundtrack award at the 2015 Fusion Audience Choice Awards for the short film I Am Juli.

All of Gil's releases can be found at gilhockman.bandcamp.com. You also can find plenty other tracks at soundcloud.com/gilhockman.

Caught In The White Summer Hotel
Caught In The White Summer Hotel is a one-man band project, combining a minimalistic songwriting approach with the power of electric guitars. The result can be described as rough, strange, kind of bluesy, noisy and somehow atmospheric and intense.
