What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, need to switch your tickets to the other performance date, or would like to transfer your tickets to someone else, please email haggard-twogood@algonaarts.org or call Tara at 303-618-1583 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I bring children to the event?

Yes, this is a family-friendly event! In fact, 29 of our own local dancers ranging age 5 through 15 will be showcasing their skills alongside the professional dancers from Ballet Des Moines. We encourage family, friends and neighbors to attend and show your support for these amazing students!

Can I bring my own food & drink?

Food and drinks are not allowed in the Wilcox Performing Arts Center.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Wilcox Performing Arts Center is wheelchair accessible. If you need special assistance, please email haggard-twogood@algonaarts.org, call Tara at 303-618-1583, or notify one of the volunteers in the lobby or at the door on the day of the performance.

I bought my tickets online. Do I need to pick up tickets at Algona Publishing or Bloom Floral?

Accepted Answer

Tickets purchased online will be available at Will Call on the performance date. Tickets purchased at Algona Publishing or Bloom Floral must be presented at the door when you come to the performance.
