The MassHire Metro North Workforce Board has launched a FREE virtual customer service skills training taught by our ABE/ESOL Specialist, Lauren McCann. The goal of the virtual training is to provide a customer-service focused training resource for Massachusetts employers who are reopening their customer-facing businesses. Participants of the virtual training will receive a certificate of completion that retail businesses could display to the public. We hope this serves as a resource for small to midsized businesses.
