The Neuroscience of Love and its Transformational Properties

Insight International invites you to close the year with a rich and reflective learning experience: The Neuroscience of Love and Its Transformational Properties.

In this seminar, Pauline Skeates will guide us through the emerging science showing how love - whether relational, human, or Divine - shifts neural frequency patterns, calms threat responses, and supports the reorganisation of internal neural architecture. We will explore how states of genuine connection increase coherence across the brain, creating the conditions in which healing, insight, and transformation naturally occur.

Acknowledging the Christmas season, we will also pause to consider the profound narrative of love expressed in vulnerability, echoing the Scriptural reminder that “perfect love casts out fear.” Participants are invited to engage both intellectually and reflectively as we look at love not only as an uplifting idea but as a measurable biological and spiritual presence that changes us from within.
