Description

Big Sister Boston's Diversity Board invites you to Conversations Among Women

The Network Effect: Women of Color Creating Social Impact from Social Capital

"...Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back.” - Unknown

Women of Color are mobilizing! They are building and tapping into the social capital within their networks to empower themselves and others to take the lead and achieve goals that matter.

In the words of former FLOTUS, Michelle Obama, “Women of Color know how to get things done for our families, for our communities and our country. When we use our voices, people listen. When we lead, people follow. And when we do it together there’s no telling what we can accomplish.

Join Big Sister Boston’s Diversity Board in Conversations Among Women, as we explore the importance of Women of Color networks and how Women of Color are breaking barriers and turning social capital into social impact and career opportunities.
