About This Workshop
Your nervous system holds the story of everything you’ve experienced — moments of safety, fear, love, and survival. In this grounding and insightful session, you’ll explore how your body communicates through sensations and emotions, and learn how to gently guide it back to balance and safety.
Together, we’ll explore:
· How stress and trauma shape your body’s responses
· What the fight, flight, freeze, and fawn states feel like in daily life
· How to use breathwork, movement, and mindfulness to calm your system
· How to cultivate a sense of safety and trust within yourself
About Justyna’s Approach
These workshops are grounded in my own journey of healing from trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Over the years, I’ve learnt what it means to rebuild safety, trust and connection with myself — and I bring those lessons into how I guide others.
My approach blends holistic, trauma-informed practices with mindfulness and somatic awareness, always centred on choice, compassion, and emotional safety.
Each session includes:
· Gentle grounding and breathwork to support emotional regulation
· Somatic tools to notice and release where emotions live in the body
· Mindfulness and reflective practices such as guided meditation and journalling.
· Trauma-informed principles, so sharing is always optional
I don’t teach from a distance — I share parts of my own story because I know how isolating healing can feel. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools you can use every day.
