"the group lays all inhibition at the door, making visceral, spontaneous music without boundaries"
- Boston Globe
The Nels Cline Singers is a group of avant-assassins led by guitarist Nels Cline. Formed in 2001, The Singers have released 4 albums on Cryptogramophone, that combine wide-ranging compositions with group improvisations and run the gamut between delicate lyricism and skull-crunching flights of fancy.
Each night of this residency will feature two sets of music: The first by the trio exploring music new and old; the second collaborating with a different special guest! Special guests to be announced closer to the shows.
When & Where
DUENDE is a collaboration between Chef Paul Canales and impresario Rocco Somazzi, born from a common passion for creative soulful food, artisanal wines, beers and spirits and eclectic improvised music and art.
Our performances take place in a dedicated room, and our stage is not visible from our bar & dining room. This provides a more focused listening environment. If you're planning to dine with us please allow enough time to eat before showtime.
