Description

For the Love of Wine: An Evening with René Gabriel

Join acclaimed wine critic, chef, television and radio personality, author, and creator of the world-famous glassware ‘Gabriel-Glas’, René Gabriel, for an evening exploring and tasting Swiss cuisine paired with an exciting selection of Napa Valley wines from Clos du Val Winery, served in Gabriel’s signature glassware.

Sample tasting menu includes: Smoked Trout Fillet served with Apple-Potato Salad in Horseradish Crème, Cabernet-Marinated Beef Ragout with Dried Plump Mushrooms with Crispy Bacon, and Sweet-Corn Polenta “Ticino-Style”, selection of Swiss and European Cheeses, and Pear and Almond Cake

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Tickets include food and wine pairing. You must be 21 or over to purchase and consume alcohol.

PARKING: There is parking in the lot directly outside of The CIA at Copia as well as across the street, but the lots can get crowded. Plan to arrive early or carpool. Uber and Lyft are good options too!
