Description
There's trouble in River City!
Come to Haverhill High School to be transported to River City, Iowa, in the early years of the 20th century as Professor Harold Hill sells the townspeople on the idea of creating a kids' band. He sells them instruments, uniforms and the promise of music lessons. The only problem is that he knows nothing about music!
However, the town llibrarian and piano teacher, Marian Paroo, certainly does know about music. She sets out to expose Hill as an imposter, but love intervenes...
You will hear some of the most enduring classics of American musical theater including "Seventy-six Trombones," "Marian The Librarian," "(Ya Got) Trouble," "The Wells Fargo Wagon," "Lida Rose," "Till There Was You," and many more.
