Description

A 3 hour practical weightlifting workshop focusing on the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.

This is a beginner to intermediate level seminar, open to anyone looking to improve technique and gain a better understanding of the Olympic Weightlifting movements.

An intense 3 hour workshop with 90% of our time spent hands on with the movements. We will be covering:

  • Dynamic warm-up and mobility
  • Hand & foot positioning
  • Bar path & technique drills
  • Application and movement correction
  • Max lift for the day

The workshop will be limited to just 12 people to allow for an uncompromised level of 1-1 coaching.


We ask that you turn up wearing appropriate gym wear and ready to learn. Weightlifting shoes and tape are not necessary but encouraged if you have them. Drinking water is a must.

Time:
10am - 1pm
Please arrive 15 minutes before we start to ensure we start on time.
