About this Event
Melissa Coleman, author of The Minimalist Kitchen and TheFauxMartha.com, created this 5-part course, based on her cookbook, to make paring down and organizing doable in any kitchen. So whether you have a teeny tiny kitchen or one that sprawls, whether you prefer cast iron pans or nonstick, whether you share your kitchen with five or none, whether you like to make longwinded meals or dinner in 30, this course is for you.
From January 21–February 8, Melissa will take you on an individualistic, self guided approach towards creating a user-friendly kitchen that works specifically for your home. In addition to online written course instruction, you can expect downloadable worksheets, a real life case study, videos answering your specific questions, a private Facebook Group, and product and ingredient recommendations.
Course Outline
We’ll start by understanding the ecosystem of the kitchen, which is a glorified shared closet. (Cue the horror music.) The good news—this closet can be tamed and tamed for good. By the end of the course, you’ll be on your way to having a pared-down, tidied up kitchen, recipes that work within the confines of your pantry and kitchen tools, and long-term skills for maintaining your kitchen.
