Description

Mindfulness is a superpower that helps boost happiness, connection and wellness. This half day course is designed as an introduction to midfulness and meditations for teens ages 12-16. Participants will learn a variety of techniques that can use right away to help reduce stress.

This secular class is science based and draws on the latest brain research for adolencents. Summer is a great time to start practicing these life skills as we prepare students with a tool kit of stragegies for the school year.


This course can supports teens who struggle with:


Sleep, a racing mind, struggles with negative self image or perfectionism, learning disorder, eating disorder, shame, Feelings of self loathing, anxiety and/or depression, ..... is a human teenager...lol.


Can you imagine a world where every teen has access to stress management skills and training?

The intention of the class is to reduce the suffering of young people by practicing life skills.
