Event description
The Mediterranean Diet Roundtable (MDR): Food, Lifestyle, and Ethics Edition

About this event

15 months of everybody's life were invested in surviving, understanding, and dealing with a global pandemic of unprecedented proportions. How will this experience change the way we look at food, lifestyle, and ethics in our industry? Can the Mediterranean diet and cuisine represent a tangible asset in contrasting the disruption created by the pandemic and offer a healthy alternative?

To answer these and many other questions, the organizers of the MDR put together an amazing collection of speakers, adding takeaways, case histories, and new tasting opportunities for a true experiential conference.

The MDR is an ideal context for those interested or involved in commercial and non-commercial food services (including but not limited to C&U, workplaces, hospitals, seniors' centers, and schools of any level) as well as HoReCa willing to capitalize on the healthy profile of the Mediterranean Diet to offer their respective audiences a superb kaleidoscope of flavors with a healthy, ethical, and sustainable profile.

Learn, connect, and be inspired. Meet industry icons and scout for Mediterranean products. Enjoy lifestyle events with a community of like-minded and boundary-pushing professionals. Visit the superb grounds of the University of Notre Dame, a leading academic powerhouse in the country!
