The Instituto Cervantes in London and the Spanish restaurant Ibérica invite you to listen to two renowned experts share their knowledge, and then taste a number of representative foods.
Dr. Fulgencio Saura Calixto is Research Professor in the Institute of Science and Technology for Food and Nutrition (ICTAN) in Madrid, where he leads a research group focused on the study of food constituents and the Mediterranean diet in relation to health and prevention of chronic diseases.
Dr. Francisco José García Muriana, PhD in Pharmacy, is Professor at the Masters in Science and Technology of the Oil and Fermented Beverages, as well as Practice Supervisor of the Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, at the University Pablo de Olavide (Seville).
