The Medicine of Flowers
Sun, May 21, 2017, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM BST
A really special day, held at Emerson College in Sussex. A chance to uncover and experience a unique healing journey with the flowers.
Art. Ritual. Plant Consciousness. Flower Remedies. Mexican Flower Cleansing (limpias)
This will be a day of exquisite engagement with flowers through art, observation, meditation, ritual, imagination and intuition. We will work with flower remedies, finding your flower of the moment and also Mexican flower cleansing (limpias). We will also very much be engaging with the flowers in the garden at Emerson, and each of you will be asked to bring a bunch of flowers that you have a love for, that just speaks to you at the time, either from your own garden, or bought.
There will also be some follow up engagement after the day, because the flowers will enter your field of awareness and dreams so we will form a group to share the after ripples of our work.
It is such a pleasure and joy to share this! Please book early, or reserve your spot by emailing email@example.com.
Held by Eleanor Darley (anthroposophical therapeutic art and Mexican healing) and Ellie Little (ceremonialist). Both of us work intimately with the plants, flower remedies and plant consciousness and are dedicated to bringing awareness to this. We have both studied within the European, Lakota, and Mexican folk traditions working with story, ritual, healing and the plants. And, we are great friends, who have dreamed of bringing this work together.
Emerson provide a sit down vegetarian lunch which is an option to join for £9. Please let us know when you book if you would like this. Otherwise it's good to bring a pack lunch and enjoy the grounds.
