Satya’s fall class series will address postures to ground and create balance, breathe work to calm and soothe the mind and key poses that will support and nurture a healthy life style.
Postures will build on correct alignment and breath to find your postural center to relieve undue stress on the body and mind and enhance awareness.
As one of Satya’s students noted, “she has outstanding technical and kinesiology awareness and knowledge and as she teaches she enlightens each student into finding their own innate grace and joy.”

Please join us on Thursdays at 10 am beginning Oct 13th for five weeks at Rain Meditation + Yoga. The dates are Oct 13, 20, 27, Nov 3, 10.
But, don’t delay. Classes are intentionally small in capacity – only 8 spots! - to enable Lesley to give the most personal attention possible and to give each person space to move. Please sign up on Eventbrite here.
Rain offers this series with two options based on your schedule – attend all five classes for $150 or attend three classes for $100.
Each class is 68 minutes, the last 8 minutes provides Lesley the opportunity to take you into a deeper savasana to help re-set a peaceful mind. Classes accommodate all levels and first timers are welcome!
Lesley has selected One House of Peace a Portland based non-profit that brings mindfulness education into schools as part of Rain’s give back locally model where 10% of your class fee is donated to a non-profit selected by the instructor.
