Convene with us; at the Ceremonial Blessing with The Males Place Inc. in collaboration with Memorial Presbyterian Church launches our UJIMA SUSTAINABILITY FARM.

The Project will include the construction and installation of 30 Raised Garden Beds and a 30 x 60 Greenhouse (TBD).

This progressive initiative will expand our sovereign agricultural production and distribution of clean, fresh local produce in the heart of Black and other food insecure areas in the greater Charlotte community.

Together we will offer a gardening program youth to enhance their knowledge :

(1) the basics of horticultural therapy; (2) the benefits of eating healthy nutritious food (3) learning the essential skills in growing and preparing healthy food, (4) providing access to fruits and vegetables, (5) enhancing science curricula, (6) increasing life skills, teambuilding skills, self-understanding as it relates to community stewardship and food preservation.
