The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation (TJMF) Next Level Youth Football Camp is free and provides a unique opportunity for youth, adults and football fans alike.  Youth participants will experience a fun, safe and engaging day of learning about the strengths and skills needed to be successful, on and off the field.  The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation Next Level Youth Football Camp is a fun, non-contact football camp designed to give each youth participant a solid foundation in football fundamentals.  The camp is opened to all youth age 7-17.

TMJF NEXT LEVEL Youth Football camp is conducted by XLIV Super Bowl Champion, MALCOLM JENKINS, DB- Philadelphia Eagles, current NFL players, and volunteer coaches from the high school ranks.  The camp will provide a memorable and productive learning experience for youth participants, and a unique opportunity to learn from the Pros.

FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS: 

For parents, guardians and other adult attendees, the camp also offers valuable and enlightening free of charge information sessions on youth sports hot topics from experts in their fields on:

  • NUTRITION AND HYDRATION
  • CONCUSSION RECOGNITION & RECOVERY
  • OVERUSE INJURY PREVENTION & CARE
  • SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST IN ATHLETES
  • ANTI-BULLYING

  • Quality football instruction from current & former NFL players and H.S. coaches

ELIGIBILITY:   Youth age 7 -17 


COST:  FREE


REGISTRATION:  Early registration is strongly recommended, as space is limited.

WHAT TO WEAR:

  • T-shirt, shorts or comfortable workout gear
  • Sneakers or rubber football cleats 
  • Do not bring or wear jewelry or other personal items

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Registration confirmation and medical release waiver. (Must be printed upon completion of online registration process.)*

*Medical Release and Waiver must be signed by parent/guardian and submitted at the time of camper check-in. All campers age 7 - 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult, parent/guardian at the time of check-in.  Adult, parent/guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the camp.

The mission of The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation is to effectuate positive change in the lives of youth, particularly youth in underserved communities; by providing resources, innovative opportunities and experiences that will help them succeed in life and become contributing members of the community. MEDICAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

As additional consideration given for my son, daughter or ward (“Camper”) to participate in the Malcolm Jenkins Foundation Football Camp (“Camp) I, the undersigned, (a) verify that my Camper is physically fit to participate in the strenuous athletic activity at the Camp; (b) release the Malcolm Jenkins Foundation Football Camp, and all operators’ members, coaches, trainers, contractors, employees, volunteers and sponsors (collectively, the “Camp Operations”) from any and all claims, liability, causes of action, losses, and damages resulting from or arising out of injury, illness, or property damage or loss to my Camper related directly or indirectly to the Camp; (c) verify that I have completely informed the Camp Operations of all medical conditions of my Camper and will immediately notify the Camp of any change in the medical condition of my Camper that occurs prior to or during the Camp; (d) make all arrangements necessary, and advise Camp Operations accordingly, for any anticipated administration of any medication or medical treatment to my Camper during the Camp; (e) verify that I will hold my Camper out of participation in the Camp if I have any doubt at any time related to the fitness of my Camper to so participate; (f) authorize any representative of the Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in an emergency requiring medical attention for my Camper; (g) understand and agree that I am solely responsible for the payment of any such medical expenses (h) verify that my Camper and I are in compliance with my Camper’s state’s high school athletic association’s regulations; (i) consent to the Camp and the Camp photographer taking and/or using photographs, videos, or audio recordings in any form of my Camper for promotional/marketing purposes and agree that all photographs, videos, or audio recordings are and shall remain the sole property of Malcolm Jenkins Foundation Football Camp; (k) understand and agree that the Camp Operations can refuse to permit my Camper to participate in the Camp for any reason at any time not otherwise prohibited by applicable law (l) verify my authority to sign this application and that I will indemnify and hold harmless the Camp Operations for any and all loss and damage, including reasonable attorney fees, related in any way to this verification; and (m) this document will be construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey
