Please join us for a special talk and book signing with noted Napa cookbook author and culinary expert Janet Fletcher on the occasion of the release of her newest cookbook, Wine Country Table. Inspired by California’s incomparable harvest, this stunningly photographed cookbook features profiles of farms and wineries that are leaders in sustainability along with 50 original farm-fresh recipes that capture Janet’s deep love of fresh fruits and vegetables. As a special afternoon treat and in advance of her upcoming NV Cooking School Food Enthusiast class showcasing recipes from Wine Country Table on Sat, April 6, Janet will share images from the farms and wineries she visited and discuss some of the ways they are moving toward sustainability. Books available for purchase at the event. Book signing will follow talk.
