Event description
A festive walk-through of Jean Stoffer Design's passion project, The Madison. All proceeds benefit The Potter's House Schools.

About this event

Ring in the holiday season with a festive walk-through of Jean Stoffer Design's passion project, The Madison. Many followed along with the long and careful reconstruction and remodeling of this grand old home in the center of the Heritage Hill Historic District in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We had the privilege of sharing the completed project with some of you during The Madison Tour in November 2020, and this year you will have the chance to see the main and second floors of the house fully decorated for the 2021 holiday season! If you missed the tour last year, now is your chance. In addition to the unforgettable tour of this beautiful home, you will be able to enjoy live music along with Stoffer Home and Bradbury pop-up shops inside The Madison.

We are hosting a two-day walk through event on Friday, November 12, from 10am-5pm and Saturday, November 13 from 10 am-5pm. Tickets are $25. All proceeds benefit The Potter's House** in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Jean Stoffer Design and Stoffer Home teams will be on site to be your tour guides.

Your ticket must be shown upon entry which will be regulated at the front door (Madison Ave entrance). Booties will be provided at the door.

We will be monitoring the available information regarding the Covid-19 pandemic in the days and weeks leading up to the tour. We will be implementing Covid-19 protocols as the Michigan Health Department requires at the time of the tour. Please note that by purchasing and/or utilizing this ticket, you are agreeing to release Jean Stoffer Design, Stoffer Home, and all related parties from any health and safety related liabilities.

Parking: You are welcome to park in available spots on Wealthy Street or any of the nearby side streets. If you are able, we recommend parking by our store, Stoffer Home, as The Madison is a 0.5 mile walk west on Wealthy Street.

Stoffer Home will be open during the event hours on Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday from 10 am-5pm for those who desire to visit before or after your Madison Walk-Through. Stoffer Home is located at 714 Wealthy Street SE.

The Bradbury will be open during the event hours on Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday from 10 am-5pm for those who desire to visit before or after your Madison Walk-Through. The Bradbury is located in Stoffer Home at 714 Wealthy Street SE.

Important notes: The Madison is not wheelchair accessible and bathrooms will not be open to the public. Many restaurants and coffee shops on Wealthy Street will be open.

We will be hosting the event, rain or shine, so please dress accordingly as there may be a wait outdoors for a short period of time.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Each person attending requires a ticket.

As a thank you for coming to our event, you will receive 10% off our Stoffer Home pop-up shop in The Madison on the day of the event (this does not apply to Stoffer Home purchases on Wealthy Street).

Tickets are not refundable. Please reach out to contact@stofferhome.com if you have any questions about the event.
