The Loop Tour - Saturday
Weekly Event - Every Saturday: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM (CDT)
Come with me and see the highlights of the Chicago’s famous Loop! I’ll show you the best of the best, my personal highlights. I’ll show you the places I love the most and the places that make me laugh and cry. (I’ll try not to cry too much on the tour though, you know, I’m professional!)
We’ll see the best historic and modern skyscrapers. We’ll talk intelligently (yes we will) about our gorgeous public art: Chagall, Picasso, Miro, oh my! I’ll sing you the song about Mrs. O’Leary, her cow and the Chicago fire and tell you what really went down that fateful day in 1871. The skyscraper church, City Hall and the Picasso all sit on a big beautiful plaza together, we’ll stand in the middle of it and look up and talk about the men and women who built this magnificent city. Inspiration baby.
We’ll marvel at Tiffany domes and search for ghosts in haunted “death alley.” The tour will end the tour at the Cultural Center - my favorite building in the city. I leave it for last because I lose people in there. They love the building so much it’s hard to get them to leave!
If you want a fun walking tour that covers all the bases - check out my Loop Tour. Fall in love with the city just like I have. I dare you!
This tour moves pretty quick, about 1 - 1.5 miles of walking, some stairs, city streets, etc.

Chicago Elevated is dedicated to bringing you the best in Chicago walking tours. Margaret Hicks (your fabulous and oh so pretty tour guide) is a comedian, an author and has been giving tours for over six years. I believe that tours can be fun and educational and I wouldn't have it any other way.
