"The Longest Road" Montreal Screening + Art Exhibition + Cocktail Reception

The award-winning documentary feature film "The Longest Road" makes it's Canadian debut at the gorgeous Center Phi in Montreal this summer. Join us for an evening with the filmmakers and humanitarians featured in the film with a private screening of the documentary feature, along with a complimentary cocktail and appetizer reception to follow for all ticket holders. A showing of artwork from Paint Away the Trauma - Art by Hivrun will also be displayed, including pieces of work availble to purchase. All proceeds benefit the humanitarian cause seen onscreen.
Since it's debut in September this past year, "The Longest Road" documentary film has been traveling the world to spread awareness of the refugee crisis in Iraq and Syria. An Official Selection of the 7th Annual Irvine International Film Festival and the 23rd Annual San Luis Film Festival, this Impact Docs Award of Merit-winner follows the story of a US veteran who returns to his former battleground in Northern Iraqi Kurdistan to aide those impacted by ISIS. Along the way he'll be joined by a Vietnam veteran, a Gold Star father and a Muslim heart surgeon as they journey to the front lines of combat to see firsthand what ISIS is doing to the relgious minoritycommunities of the Middle East.
