Twice a year we showcase the bounty of local farms and producers for this special, one-night-only menu designed to support our efforts to expand the availability of fresh, local and sustainably-grown food in the Red River Valley. Event goers dine together at the long table under the stars and along the charming, brick-lined 8th Street at the downtown farmers’ market.

We are thrilled to be working with Fox Hill Farm to Fork Restaurant for our Spring 2019 Long Table dinner! The Fox Hill team with assistance from chef Erika Collee and students from the Vernon College Culinary Academy will be preparing a Mediteranean-themed meal of locally-sourced lamb and fresh, seasonal vegetables. Vegetarian meals are available but please let us know in advance! The cocktail hour, complete with wine, appetizers, and live music, will start at 6pm. The three course meal begins at 7pm. Specially selected wine pairings by OG Cellars in Sunset, TX will be available for purchase on site. Coffee for the evening will be provided by Loft Roasters of Wichita Falls. Gilbert Creek Gardens will make our space extra special with their always beautiful, locally-raised flowers. If you are lucky you might win a centerpiece to take home! Tickets for the evening are $60 per person. We hope to see you there!
