During the 6 weeks preceding Easter, we will explore ways to cultivate kindness, generosity, curiosity, trust, forgiveness, and equanimity.
About this Event
The Sunday talks will focus on these attributes which will be further explored in the discussion groups.
Our groups are a sacred, safe space to deepen your understanding of each topic and develop strong, meaningful, and supportive relationships.

There is no fee for joining a group.

Schedule
The series will be during the 6 Sundays of Lent, with small group discussions during the week.
Multiple time slots are available for this 6-week series:
- Tuesday mornings, 10–11:30 a.m. (facilitated by Donna Lee)
- Thursday evenings, 6–7:30 p.m. (facilitated by Linda Powell, LUT)
- Friday evenings, 6:30–8 p.m. (facilitated by Sam Lee)
