Each month we meet on Zoom for a focused 90 minute session that mixes strategy with genuine connection with other firm owners. You'll get a short 15 minute talk from me Jason Scholey an accountant and law firm fractional CFO. This will be based around my signature programme 'The Lifestyle Lawyer'. I will be covering things such as:
- Getting clarity and creating your personal and business vision
- Strategies to make your firm more profitable
- Strategies to get your time back
- Developing your firm through using technology and automation
Then I open things up for questions, ideas and open discussion with other firm owners who have the same issues and need solutions.
Every quarter I will be running an in person meet up where we dig deeper and learn from each other and build real connections that last beyond Zoom.

The format of the meetings is as follows:
10am until 10.15am introductions and wins since the last meeting
10.15 am until 10.30 am Talk by Jason Scholey around law firm strategy
10.30am until 11.00 am Question and answer session (Open Forum)
11.00 am until 11.30am Networking with other firm owners (in breakout rooms)
11.30 am Meeting closes
