The Collaboratory Presents: The Layered Experience: Making, Looking, And Talking About Art
with Jamie Kelty*, Teacher Cow Hollow School
This workshop will introduce the Elements of Design as a way to compose, look, and talk about art. The presentation will also include discussion regarding the identity and and transformation of materials. The participants will have studio time to experiment with materials and develop ideas for their use in the classroom. Participants will leave with a list of art materials to explore, their own art creation, and vocabulary for talking about art.
