Weekend Pass includes: Event T-shirt, Friday Meet and Greet Line Dance Party, Saturday AM Workshop and PM Line Dance Party. Refreshments will be served at Saturday AM Workshop. Dinner will be served at Friday and Saturday night parties.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS: Please note all events will be hosted at the Maxwell Synder National Guard Armory 3.4 miles away from the Fairfield Inn and Hampton by Hilton. The Lavender Experience had guest booked at both hotels in 2019.The Fairfield Inn and Hampton by Hilton hotel staff are excited that we are returning in 2023.The Fairfield and Hampton by Hilton are directly across from each other and within a 1-2 min walking distance.

REGISTRATION POLICY: The person registering is required to register in the name which is on their valid government-issued picture ID (no aliases or nicknames accepted). An email address, which is accessible to the registrant, is also required on the registration form. If an individual is registering more than one person, each registrant must be identified by their individual contact information.

REFUND POLICY: The Lavender Experience DOES NOT refund for cancellations due to medical illness, family emergencies, loss of employment, job relocation, death of a loved one, military deployment, or any other reasons not listed above. The registrant can transfer their registration within the transfer policy timeline. The transfer is completely the responsibility of the registrant.

TRANSFER POLICY: Registration transfers will be allowed until October 14, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS. The registrant must notify the "The Lavender Experience" via the email address, linedancingbyl@yahoo.com, to obtain the required instructions. Please use the email address used to register for the event.

COVID-19 POLICY: All registrants must present either their Vaccination Card or Proof of a Negative test result within 48hr from date of check-in/registration.

CHECK-IN POLICY: All registrants must check-in with their Valid Government Issued Picture ID. If the name on the ID doesn’t match the name on the registration form, they will not be allowed to check-in. Check-in is required by all individuals in person. No exceptions. Upon check-in, your wrist will be affixed with a wristband. It must be worn the entire weekend and is your Weekend Pass. If you don’t wear the wristband, you will be denied entry and no refund will be provided. If you are purchasing an Event Registration for someone else, it is your responsibility to advise them of our Wristband Policy.

LIABILITY POLICY: I understand and agree that "The Lavender Experience", Team Lavender, Lavender, Marcena Strain or any of its representatives are NOT responsible for any personal theft, injury, damaged personal property, medical expenses, the spread of COVID-19, contracting or the exposure to COVID-19, hospitalization or death, as a result of my voluntary participation in the "The Lavender Experience" (TLE) event now or at any time in the future. I understand that I should consult a physician prior to my participation. The Lavender Experience, Team Lavender, Lavender and Marcena Strain reserves the right to refuse registration admittance.

I understand and agree that all photographs and videotaping of my participation in the "The Lavender Experience" (TLE) is the property of and can be used by "The Lavender Experience", Team Lavender, and Lavender for the promotion, advertising and sales and are not subject to any royalty fees or payment to me now or at any time in the future. Additionally, I am 18 years of age or older and I understand that anyone under the age of 18 will not be admitted. I thoroughly understand and agree to the Refund, No Transfer and Wristband Policies.

Your registration constitutes acceptance and adherence to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the policies listed above.

There are no savings of seats or tables. Placing shoe bags, purses, other personal items or leaning seats against the table in an effort to save a seat or table is not allowed. Seating maybe assigned based on group/class affiliation, randomly or on a first-come, first-served basis.
