Description

Emily Nagoski has taught graduate and undergraduate classes in human sexuality, relationships and communication, stress management, and sex education. She has a PhD in Health Behavior with a doctoral concentration in human sexuality from Indiana University (IU), and a master’s degree (also from IU) in Counseling, with a clinical internship at the Kinsey Institute Sexual Health Clinic. She us the New York Times bestselling author of Come As You Are: the surprising new science that will transform your sex life.

The Laurie Phillips Memorial Lecture is supported by the Phillips Family. It honors the memory of our colleague and friend and brings to the community leading contributors to the psychoanalytic field.

The New York State Education Department has approved this workshop for 2.0 contact hours (CEUs) for LMSWs and LCSWs. A certificate will be emailed upon request to those who complete an evaluation form and sign the attendance sheet at the end of the workshop.

The Women's Therapy Centre Institute Training Program is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Workers as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #SW-0361
