About this event

The Laughter Club is a 30 minute brain-based class involving laughter, brain health tips, and deep breathing exercises to improve your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

Laughter classes have been scientifically proven to encourage neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to heal, regenerate, and rewire itself so you can boost your mood and energy levels naturally!

The exercises combine laughter, novelty, and playfulness - key elements for peak brain health!

Jess Brain (yes, really!) is the host of The Laughter Club, as well as a Brain Fitness Coach and a Neurobics Instructor so you'll be sure to get your dose of brain health and happiness tips.

The class is open to anyone. No experience or equipment necessary. You don't even need to be funny! Just show up with an open mind & a playful attitude and enjoy the class from the comfort of your chair. Pets are welcome too!
