Laughter Yoga is the most fun you'll have today! Ok, probably.
The Laughter Club is a 30 minutes class involving a mix of laughing & breathing exercises. This is not "yoga" in the traditional sense, so don't expect any downward dogs, but instead enjoy playful laughter exercises & deep breathing techniques that you can do from the comfort of your chair to boost your boost and energy.
Laughter is an excellent way to promote Neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to heal, grow and adapt, as it combines deep breathing, novelty and a child-like playfulness, which is key to better brain health!
Laughter is scientifically shown to boost your mood, your creative thinking, and your immune system! Happier brains are healthier and smarter too!

The class is open to men & women who want to boost their mood, energy, and brain health. No equipment necessary. You don't even need to be funny! Just show up with an open mind & a playful attitude.
