Laughter Yoga is the most fun you'll have today! Ok, probably.

Laughter Yoga is a mix of laughing & breathing exercises. Not "yoga" in the traditional sense, so don't expect any downward dogs, but instead enjoy playful laughter exercises & deep breathing techniques.

Laughter is an excellent way to promote Neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to heal, grow and adapt, as it combines deep breathing, novelty and a child-like playfulness, which is key to better brain health!

Laughter Yoga is shown to boost your mood, your creative thinking, and your immune system! Happier brains are therefore healthier and smarter too!

The class is open to men & women who want to boost their mood, energy, and brain. No equipment necessary. You don't even need to be funny! Just show up with an open mind & a playful attitude.
