The Last Days of Judas Iscariot

by Stephen Adly Guirgis

Come join us for a unique experience at Ahmanson Auditorium at LMU, as we present a special semi-staged reading of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot. The production is a culminating MFA thesis project for Igniting Actor Imagination, a course and acting approach developed by Maria Lingbanan. Throughout the semester, the undergrads have learned and implemented Imagination Exercises inspired by Ignatian Spirituality, Stanislavskian tenets, and non-Western based techniques. This performance promises to be a thought-provoking and engaging exploration of betrayal, redemption, and forgiveness. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind performance!

Brief 10-minute intermission. Short talkback afterwards.
