Designed by Executive Chef Dave Whitting, each menu undertakes a contemporary approach when showcasing the finest local produce with his culinary expertise.

Christmas Eve | 24th December
The perfect prelude to Christmas Day, family and friends will enjoy a welcome glass of champagne on arrival, along with canapé, entrée, main and dessert. Dishes include a salad of tomato, squash, crab, crème fraiche, tomato consommé and mountain pepper; potato gnocchi with prosciutto, horseradish foam, peas, broad beans and violas as well as a tantalizing valrohna chocolate marquise. Menu priced at $150 per adult and $80 per child (4 – 12).
Christmas Day | 25th December
Christmas Day will showcase an enticing four-course lunch and in the true spirit of Christmas, each dish is designed for guests to share together. Christmas lunch will include entrée of charcuterie, white anchovies and bread baskets, a seafood selection boasting fresh oysters, scallops, prawns and smoked salmon as well as a decadent chocolate marquise with a palate cleansing cherry sorbet for dessert. Accompanying celebratory wines served by in-house sommelier Matt Herod will delight families and loved ones alike.
Guests will also take home a Christmas pudding at the end of their meal. Lunch priced $315 per adult and $120 per child (4 – 12).
New Year’s Eve | 31st December
Guests will ring in the New Year in style with an unrivalled New Year’s Eve dinner event. The beautiful interiors of Bistro Remy will set an idyllic backdrop to toast with fellow diners over fine cuisine, matching wines and atmospheric tunes throughout the evening.
Dinner will feature a welcome glass of champagne on arrival and dishes featuring confit duck, barbeque eel, blue swimmer crab, pork belly, Black Angus fillet and sake and black forest for dessert.
Prior to midnight, guests will be invited to an exclusive and private viewing platform on Observatory Hill, offering the best views of the world famous Sydney Harbour fireworks. New Year’s Eve dinner priced $575 per adult and $400 per child (4 – 12 years). An additional $120 per person ensures access the Observatory Hill viewing platform.
