Event description

Description

Williamsburg is the land of Chasidic Jews. In fact, it is the most important neighborhood of the Satmar community, as well as a number of other Chasidic groups. Come along on this interesting journey through an area of Brooklyn that is constantly changing. This tour, which focuses on Chasidic life, also touches on the Hipster world which is now a part of Williamsburg culture.

Join Rabbi David Kalb, your guide, as we learn about the history of this fascinating area of New York, as well as discuss its contemporary community.

Tour lasts about 2 ½ - 3 hours, with significant walking. We ask that you please dress respectfully, not shorts or tank tops.

Tickets are an additional $3PP when purchased the day of the tour (pending availability)

WE TOUR RAIN OR SHINE!!!
