Does each team member need to sign up?

No! One team member should purchase a spot for their team. Teams are limited (8) women's teams and (8) men's teams. All teams are two people per team.

Can people come watch?

Yes! Spectators are welcomed and we love community support at The LAB, so even if you don't want to participate in the event, we want to see your faces and hear you cheering!

No! All teams must be same-sex, gender identifying groups.

ONE TICKET PER TEAM.

Grab a partner and come ready to test your GAINZ! This is a partnered showdown featuring (3) workouts + (1) WILDCARD inspired event to test your strength, endurance and teamwork.

Winners will be taking home CA$H prizes, bragging rights, and an unforgettable experience at The LAB DC. Winners will be chosen in each division. No mixed teams.

Spectators welcomed and encouraged! There will be a few special guest, fueling us for the day, including DC's very own miel coffee co.
