She moved to NYC to assist Alex White at W magazine, then on to work with Karl Templer at Arena Homme+ and the cutting-edge title The Face in London, where she was appointed fashion editor after only two years. She left The Face to pursue a freelance career styling for Italian, Japanese, Spanish and German Vogue, U.S. Vogue and Teen Vogue, i-D, Dazed & Confused, Muse magazine, Numéro magazine, U.K. Elle, U.S. Instyle, and Porter magazine. Givargisoff has styled campaigns such as Emporio Armani, Gap, and L’ Oréal. She also helped re-brand Bally and design a capsule collection, and she was a creative consultant for Kenneth Cole. Her friend’s illness was the catalyst for the idea of Mission.
